LEVEL 7 DOOEL is a real estate agency registered as a legal entity whose main activity is mediation in real estate transactions in accordance with the legal regulations in the Republic of Macedonia. Therefore, in accordance with market conditions and practices, LEVEL 7 DOOEL reserves the right to charge for its services in the following way:

MEDIATION IN PURCHASE AND SALE:

If you use our services for mediation in the sale of your real estate or if you send us your request for the purchase of real estate, the agency commission is a certain percentage % of the total purchase price of the real estate for which a purchase agreement is concluded according to the following:

RENTAL MEDIATION:

If you use our brokerage services when renting your real estate or if you send us your request to rent real estate, the agency commission is one or more monthly rents in the amount of the agreed monthly rent described in the lease agreement and according to the following:

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

If you use our consulting services (analyses and research on the market on real estate, reports and opinions , management on real estate at rent etc.. ), the agency commission is defined based on an analysis made depending on the volume of the subject and the way of using the consulting services - you will receive the amount of the commission in the form of a written offer to your email address based on the data previously received by the client .

NOTE:

The above conditions of cooperation may be changed in case of:

  • Conclusion of an agreement for exclusive cooperation - commission per agreement
  • Promotional periods for certain services or offers defined by LEVEL 7

LEVEL 7 DOOEL reserves the right to change the price list for its services in accordance with positive legal regulations and market conditions
